Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing a high demand for products and are working closely with Royal Mail and our carriers to get your parcels to you.  We apologise for any delay, please bear with us during this time.

Delivery
Once you place your order, we are working hard to pack your item(s) and ship them out to you as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4 working days. In busy periods this may take longer, you will be notified of any delay via email.

You will receive an email when we have dispatched your item(s). All items are sent via Royal Mail. We are currently offering free postage on all items to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery can take up to 3 working days from dispatch date.

 

Not Received your order?
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days please contact us.

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

Rest of World

If you live outside of the United Kingdom, a postage charge of £2.99 is applied to your order. We will use Royal Mail postal service, and aim to get you delivery to you within 3 to 10 working days (depending on the country you reside in).
