Refund policy
Returns
If one of our products did not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return your product for a full refund or exchange. The return period starts from the day you received your goods.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused/unworn and in original packaging.
- You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receipt to tell us why you wish to return your item and we will be able to provide the return address.
Faulty Goods
We are sorry that our products did not reach you in perfect condition. Please email us at TLNTDmedia@outlook.com about your order within 30 days of receipt. You do not have to return any faulty items, but we will require a photograph of the damage before we process a full refund or exchange.
How long will my refund take?
Once we receive your returned item and have checked it, refunds will usually be processed and back to your payment method within 14 days.
If you have requested an exchange, we will post your items as soon as we have received your returned goods.
